Instructions for on-line ordering:

Complete the lens order grid below. Make sure you fill out all the requested information.

We will quote
you a price to the email address that you have provided with in two
hours Monday through Friday 8AM to 6PM

To process the order you must provide a MasterCard or Visa Number

Please tell us how you want the order to be shipped.

Orders will be
shipped the same day (most cases) when paid with a credit card or
established purchasing account.
All accounts will be verified through
Opti-Kredit to ensure that the customer is an ECP.
